16x9 dugong

Dugongs are number 7 on The Most Extreme Divers. They are closely related to the elephant. They can stay submerged for up to 8 minutes on a single breath of air. Along with their close cousin the manatee, dugongs are the only fully aquatic mammalian herbivores. In beds of seagrass, they are the lawnmowers of the ocean. Their face is built for diving, with whiskers for feeling in the mud and large nostrils that can be sealed shot to keep out water.
